I moved into this place not expecting a whole lot, but got even less. The managment here is horrendous! I mean, there?s usually someone in the office, but they never seem to do anything but watch TV in the lounge and talk. I asked for a receipt when I paid my initial deposit and they gave me a Post-It note with the number 200 written on it. When I signed the lease I was told I would have high speed internet access via RoadRunner, but for some reason they decided that wireless was the way to go. Yeah right. For the first month it didn?t work, then when I was finally able to use it, it was slower than dail-up (So much for high speed). Now it?s not working again (I haven?t been able to log onto the network for 3 weeks). I?ve repeatedly asked the management here to do something with little or no response. I?ve called m4networks (the wireless provider) and the only answer I?ve gotten for months is that "it should be up by next week". I rely heavily on the internet, as I?m sure a lot of people do, so this is killing me. The managment here is more interested in your rent check being on time than your maintanence request being fulfilled. Speaking of maintanence requests, they don?t actually have them. It?s more like: you walk in and tell the person at the front desk, they don?t write it down, maybe they?ll remember in a couple of weeks but they?ll forget to write it down and it will eventually never get done. I?ve had problems that haven?t been taken care of since I moved in back in August. Too bad my lease doesn?t expire until August 2002 or I would leave. If you?re looking for an apartment where the managment doesn?t screw you, look elsewhere. Otherwise, feel free to give your money to the dark overlords that own this place.

Management has gotten a little better after the new year, but a far cry from being great. Still doesn't get much done when asked besides retrieving packages. Internet is decent now but still has it's problems. Millenium 4 still claims they are in the process of "ordering more bandwidth" when I call to see what the problem is. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take 5 months to get more bandwidth. I still wouldn't recommend living here.
