College Park is a nitemare indeed. For the price, the help is awful and so is the administration. From a renter that pays his own rent, not mommy and daddy, I have to say there are many more places that are much better such as Melrose. The apartments are cramped and impractical. The designers really screwed up on this one. The lease is even worse. Management decides to enforce policies on a whim. No notification is sent to renters. Im sure this is illegal, so I am seeking the advice of a local lawyer. I have no dispute with the complex yet as far as rent payments, but the lease that I signed is not the same one thats being enforced. On a positive note, MOST of the employees are college students and they are willing to help, but management is quite awful. In summary, it may be worth the extra cost to move into Melrose or another decent place.
