BAD-
- a masked man was peaking through windows and ASSAULTED a security guard
- i've had fleas twice and i don't own a pet
- my furniture doesn't match (the apt came furnished)
- kind of expensive with utilities and stuff
- noisy as hell
GOOD-
- i got a reduced rate and free stuff like a 32 inch tv and carpet cleaning for renewing my lease
- maintenance comes almost on time
- nice staff
