Do not live at college park even if your life depends on it. The property is poorly made. The gates never work, work orders take five years to get fixed, dogs everywhere and including their @!$##$! Parties all the time even on weekdays, bad leasing staff and they are rude. Crime is preavalent at college park as well. Several cars have been stolen, vandalized, broken into. The furniture is a piece of crap. I cannot even sleep on my couch because I will wake up with a stiff sore back. I always paid my rent on time, however, the stupid bookkeeper would always send me late notices. The entire staff is incompetent. Do not live here. I am not done yet either. When I first moved in my bed was soaked with piss stains and the like. It took them 4 months to repalce it. By that time I had already bought my own. The manager with the long black curly hair was the biggest liar. Every time I wanted to talk to management they were never there. The staff makes fun of you when you have a complaint as well. When I went to complain about my car being vandalised, a leasing agent just laughed. The staff is not very professional either. they have tattos and I have seen them at parties with residents "smoking out" they have dyed colored hair and should be working in a service related business where appearence counts so much.

Apparently, the old manager was fired and they have new one. I was told that the new manager was better that the last but that does not seem to be the case. they should fire the entire staff, especially the bookkeeper because she completely screwed up my rent. what a !$##!%#. I even heard from one of my friends that use to work for college park that management hires all of their friends and relatives and then they do not have to pay rent. That is completely shady and corrupt and if you live here at college park you will experience my nine months of hell. I cannot wait until august comes around so that I can get the hell oou of here
