Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
College Park has to be the worst place that I have every lived in Austin. The have terrible management, terrible building quality, and dissident residents(my girlfriends car was stolen and mine was vandalized untold times). The car ports that are supposed to protect your vehical have blown down during heavy stomring three times. If you are planning on living here, I feel very sorry for you.
