Decent apartment, poor management

I lived in this complex for a year with 3 roommates. Management was generally slow at resolving problems. Numerous problems with phone company and we were not given the option of using the SW Bell. However, the complex was adequate and convient for living as a college student and attending UT.
Also, after completely trashing the apartment I still received the bulk of my deposit back.
