i lived here for a year and it wasnt too bad. the apartment was really dirty and full of trash from the last people and obviously wasnt clean for us, which management should have taken care of. i met some really cool people living here and my roommates were a good match. the rent is a great deal bc everything is included. in the middle of the year the management put a lock on all the ac's and the coolest we could make it was 74 which really did suck in 100 degree weather and it felt more comfortable with the windows open. its a pretty quiet apartment but we were off to the side. when fights or partys did happen you could here it. the complex did notify everyone about the homicide that happened, but it was still scary and not comforting knowing a murder happened 100 yards from where you live. the pool is a joke and really gross. our furniture was beyond gross when we moved in and the front desk workers kept promising us something was going to happen or they would replace our furniture. after a month of having cat piss furniture my uncle who is a lawyer shook them up and the next day we had nice new leather furniture. the kitchen is reallllly small, but it does have a washer and dryer, that leaks!! being a 19 year old girl i felt safe about half the time living here. alot of scary crazy people live here, and this is NOT a true student living complex. anyone can live here, so dont be fooled by that. 50 year old men live here... after living here for a year i will defentally miss the big bedrooms and living room. but not the gross apartment. if you get a building off to the side they dont take care of the appearance and the grass is really gross with puke and cat liter in it.
