I love how all the moms on here are like "my kid got bad grades because of loud parties!". I hate you tell you, but your kid was probably at the party...

I've been here a year and half and so far everything's been fine. It's a college property so yeah there's parties on weekends, but when I've had a real complaint about someone the office has helped me out. They are there all the time so I can fax things for work, get packages, stuff like that. I even talked to a girl in the office about getting local bands to play and they loved my ideas. You still have to be safe over here as anywhere else, you know LOCK your car, dont have a 1,000,000 stereo in it, duh. It's a good deal for being literally 8 minutes from downtown and on the bus routes.

As far as the crime rate I'm sorry to the parents where crime has been an issue to there children but you will have crime anywhere. Its a given there is not a place in the world where crime doesn't exist. So I'm sorry for the situations you have been put through but don't blame the LL for it happening. Everybody is here to go to college and have fun. Its a place to party and get your school work done. Thats what we do at LL. Soooooooooo Shutup!!!!
