I have lived here for three years and just renewed my lease for another twelve months because its really not a bad place to live for the price I pay. No apartment is perfect but I have seen the hell holes near campus that will charge me $700 a month to share a bedroom with another person, plus $100 a month just to park my car. Ive done the research and this place has a lot to offer. I do think some people on here have legitimate complaints but I know of a lot of people who are somewhat satisfied. So, if your looking for somewhere to rent don't believe that every single person here is unhappy. Just bring your own roommates, pay your rent, and follow the rules and you may actually find it a pretty good place to live.

I agree.. it's not that bad living here... but to make it okay: 1)room with someone you know... not just randomly met... 2)pay bills on time 3)be neat in the common area 4)and last but not least.... do your chores! tehehe |
