I have lived at LL for a few months now, and i say its a festive campus atmosphere! you cant blame LL for the problems that face ALL of Austin. for how cheap it is to live here, i cant complain. if you want to spend 2 to 3 times as much for your next place, thats your perogitive. the staff is friendly and the maintenance responds quickly.

if you think that ANY car gate REALLY stops unwanted intruders from access, you must be a "George Bush War on Terror" kind of person :]
