Worst experience ever! My car and 3 other roommates cars broken into. 1 of my roommate s car was also STOLEN! I heard from other residents that break-ins are called "the official Longhorn Landing welcome" because it happens all the time.

My car towed for "double parking". The only space available was next to
A car that was already double parked, so of course I had to double park. $200 mistake! Someone backed into my car in the parking lot. $900 worth of damages.

We have had 2 parties in the 8 months living at Long horn landing and both have been ruined by their crappy rent a cops. It s like ******* high school!
The nerdy little rent a cop rather stand at your door and argue
with you all night about your music, instead of protecting my property in the parking lot!

Security is a joke; they sit by the pool all night. IV seen one of them drinking!
They will turn off your electricity if your "music is too loud". Never had 1 complaint with neighbors, just the nerdy rent a cop complaining. (hey rent a cop, stop bugging me and watch my ******* CAR!!!)

If your roommates violate a rule, and you had nothing to do with what happened, still goes on YOUR RECORD! When I moved in the apartment, there were holes in the walls. Carpet was coming off the ground. The apartment wasn t painted,
TRASH under the couches. The refrigerator and freezer looked like someone spilled coke EVERYWHERE. Marks all over the walls. The apartment stunk. Floors were not cleaned. I couldn t even lock my bedroom door. Washing machine didn t work (leaked for 2 months before they fixed it). Mold EVERYWHERE due to not fixing leaks! MOLD is a HUGE problem! They didn t clean 1 thing in that apartment after the last tenants. And they refused to clean anything or paint. Both bathrooms leaked for 2 months before they came out to fix them.

Gate is broken 50% of the time. Was late for work MANY TIMES because of their sorry gates.

The staff is completely ignorant to the needs of tenants.

Several times, someone has tried to enter through our neighbors windows.

IV seen people get jumped in the parking lot and heard allot more stories.
One of them was about a girl in the parking lot who was badly beaten up in broad daylight and her money stolen. Crack heads, drug dealers, homeless sleeping on the side of the building!!!! People off the streets roam around the complex as they please.

The best security they have is the cops that are always in the parking lot responding
to calls ALL NIGHT.

The apartment staff has lost 2 of my packages. The apartment staff are thieves!

Oh if you try to renew your lease, expect a jump of $150 .

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in!
