ok so when I moved in it was really cool and affordable, but then the management has proceeded to increase the rent and now are "packaging" all the utilites because parents and residents want it. I wouldn't mind if they weren't trying to rip everyone off! $75 for each person in a 4bd/2bth apartment is ridiculous. Do the math $300 in electricity, water, and gas is way too much. Other than that, the staff is ok, they try their best, but aren't always on the ball. You basically have to nag them to get any answers or anything done. Same goes for maintance, but don't get me started on the rent-a-cops. They're basically useless, you might as well call the real cops right away. I tried to get a hold of security three times, before I called the cops. Security eventually called me back, only after the cops had been there for a good 20 minutes! As for the other residents,it's mostly college students, so it's basically party central, and there seems to be an overabundance of idiots running around. The area isn't the best either, the fences and gates don't stop anyone. the gates are more often than not open or broke and people jump the fences all the time. If you want so-so service, an ok apartment, and a somewhat, but not overly safe community go ahead and live here, but if you value your property and oney I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
