... everyone likes to come home to a nice place. This isn't that place. They advertise student housing, but they will let any miscreant with the necessary deposit move in. Walking around at night is not recommended due to the criminal element that now roams free behind the unsecure fences. There are fights, muggings, robberies, stolen cars, door kick in's etc, on a regular basis. Don't bother going to management (You know who you are), because they are trained to give the standard, "I know what you mean, but I can't really do anything" answer to any issue you bring to them.

What? You mean to tell me that crimes are actually committed in the downtown area? I would expect that kinda stuff from the suburbs, but not an urban area like downtown austin. I'm appaulled. LL should be held accountable for high crime rates that occur in every singe city in america right?

THE STAFF CAN'T GET ANYTHING FIXED!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH TO GET MY PATIO CLEANED OFF BECAUSE SINCE I MOVED IN THERE HAS BEEN PIGENOS WHO HAVE INFESTED MY PATIO. THE STAFF HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT THIS AND I CONTACT THEM DAILY! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FOR $600 A MONTH! THEY ARE SIMPLY CLUELESS CHILDREN RUNNING AN APARTMENT COMPLEX WHO WON'T LET YOU SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOVE THEM.
