I have stayed here for a year and see no reason to move. The apartments themselves are alright. No problems with mine really. Not the nicest in the world but not terrible. The workout room is nice and the basketball court is also very nice. It is very easy and convenient to work out there and the phase 1 clubhouse is a good place to work on group projects and things that come up. Also, there are a lot of fun parties over at Longhorn Landing. It's Riverside so you shouldn't blame problems in the area on the apartment complex. Worth the money.
One problem with LL is that they do not restrict it to collge students only. 30 year olds with kids should not be living in 'student apartments'. If you sign a lease make sure you can get something in writing guaranteeing you will be living with actual students. The rent-a-cops are inconsistent with noise complaints and such and it sucks when they threaten to kick you out if you get another noise complaint.
And no, this review is not coming from some crazy out of control partier who is non-objective. I am an honors student at UT with a 3.5 GPA.

If you had any class, you would see thousands of reasons to move. That 3.5 GPA must be in Sugar Coating.
