It's very clean, quiet, and there is lots of parking. 2 local buses run by about a block away, along with HEB, Blockbuster, and a variety of good places to eat and shop.

I'm sharing a 3bd/2 ba and I have the private bathroom which I pay a bit more to have ($500) but this price includes FREE Internet and ALL utilities so I feel I've gotten a good deal. I have a private key to my room, and it was very clean upon move in with a huge closet and FURNISHED with bed, book shelves, and a dresser. Full Wahsher & dryer in every apartment so you don't have to worry about Laundry. [No bug problems anywhere]

The BAD things: The livin room and kitchen were very dirty upon move in and the furnature is of the lowest quality, fridge was so dirty that I don't feel I can use it, and built in microwave needs to be cleaned too. The pool I started to go in looked clean but had alot of bugs floating in it, the Hot tub was HUGE but the water looked merky too... and the cold water won't run in my ba room so I'm hoping they will fix it soon. Matence people seem to be slow here so hope everything works!

This place also has Tennis, basket ball, and vollyball area's, Free Internet computers in the office, and a masause who comes daily to give free massages...

I just moved in a week ago so my opinion is fresh... and could change for the better or worse. Hopefully the better. So far the office staff were really great too. [pic's taken after I spent a couple good hours cleaning the place]

Your opinion will change sooner than you think. You have only been there for a short time and will soon learn. I would say make sure you keep your car locked, but, that won't help. Make sure nothing is visable in your car or it will be broken into. I'm not sure what you rated the safety on - I guess your one week experience. The office staff - make sure you become great friends with them, because your rating you gave them is soon to go down rapidly. Best of luck!

Ive learned... moving here has screwed me up on getting a better place as this is going to leave a mark on my rental history but I'm leaving this month as I can't take it any more! The roommate I was given is NASTY and after he stole my cell phone and screwed up my computer things have just kept going down hill for me. THIS PLACE SUCKS...

Wow- I lived there like 7 years agao when it was college park adn brand new. I choose the place b/c of location and being furnished. I sad to see how it has gone down hill- I had a great experience here- I like any other college student liked to party and meet my neighbors. This was a great place to do so. I had some of the best times here and not any issues with the staff but again that was almost 7 years ago.
