They showed me a demo that was different then the apt I was given - I then was made to give a $1000 deposit and sign a 1yr lease and nothing less was offered. When I finally moved in to the 3bd/2 ba apt I found a Middle Eastern looking young guy in his boxers burning food in a nasty dirty ugly apt with all the windows closed and the fan off...

After moving in I discovered he had some form of retardation or something and he walks around talking and yelling at him self and could or would not respond when I tried to talk to him and when I tried to use the dirty nasty kitchen he would freak out and start yelling at me that it was HIS! So I have spent the last 4 months of living here mostly staying in my room and have had to call the cops on him and report him for things he has done several times. [The apt staff refused to work w/ me and allow me to move so Ive been stuck here with him]

About every 2 weeks or so the cops have been out here b/c of cars being stolen, loud parties, fights in the parking lot, etc. The security gates are not that secure and stay open most of the time and the grounds always have litter everywhere. My apt doesn't seem to have bug problems but it smells bad b/c of my nasty stupid roommate.

At one point a new person was supposed to move into the 3rd room [Didn't] and the apt staff gave that person my email address and they contacted me to talk before moving in- I WAS NOT GIVEN PRIOR INFO ON WHO I GOT TO LIVE WITH... WHY DID THEY GET TO''!

THE STAFF HERE SUCK! I can't stand it here so I decided I'm just going to leave this month so in the 5th they issued me an eviction notice telling me I had 3 days to get out! I found out they CAN'T DO THAT! Legally I have 23 days before I can be evicted in TX...

People out there - THIS WILL HAPPEN TO YOU TOO IF YOU MOVE IN HERE. You will not be an exception. This place does not care about anyone after you sign the lease. Spend a little bit more and go somewhere else. Anyone who is happy with this place is probably an employee or scum.
