I've lived here for a few months now in phase 2 and I have had very few problems. The problems I have had have always been resolved quickly. Cars do get broken into here (my roomate's was broken into just a few weeks ago) but we live off of Riverside, I thought that was to be expected, you just have to make sure to take all the expensive stuff out of your car. Other than that I have been very happy and there are lots of awesome parties! (and its super cheap here) SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

You should EXPECT your car to get broken in to?? Yes, it is Riverside, but there are still other complexes that do not have this issue, which shows there IS a way to fix it. (maybe have your hire-a-cops do something other than talk to each other in the same spot all night) Also, awesome parties = poor sleep and poor study. Both of these lead to poor grades. After living here longer than just a few months, please come back and give us an update.
