Well I have been living here for over a year, and yea there is going to be problems there is not a complex that does not have them. overall this is a great place to live. Longhorn Landing is under new management and is making a bunch of changes. Some people that live here and complain blame the office but the most of the time it can be prevented by the person that lives there... I think that the office is doing a great job considering there are 1700 or so people that live here and under 20 people that work there.... they also hired more security and two APD police officers to be at the complex overnight. what more can you ask for a nice cheap place to live with a/c & heater, cable, gas, and electricity built in your rent. no complaints here....

Why do you people bother? Anyone with half a brain can read all of the in depth, case specific poor reviews and then read your ridiculous defense of this place and know what's happening here. Get over yourself and realize that many people have difficult jobs. Maybe if you good for nothings would get up off your arsses and take care of some of the issues at the property rather than blame the residents, who by the way are only looking to get what they are paying you for, you wouldn't have to "put up" with so many angry people every day. I hate this place and I will continue to ruin your name any chance that I get!

I dont live here, but its obvious that this review is fake. Completely written from managements point of view, selling your good points. As an entrepreneurship major, Ive studied marketing, and this might as well be an add on your website. It makes me cautious of a place of business that would use such manipulation tactics. Anything to make the sell. Better off with no good reviews, in my opinion.

i'm tired of the positive responses from "tenants" that refer to the number of residents. 'well what do you expect it's decent for 1700 people.' Look, if you can't handle 1700 people don't buy more property. Don't expand. Sell off and learn how to properly handle a smaller property with a smaller population, perfect that. then move on to larger populations. A large number of tenants should not equal "that's the best we can do" It's no excuse!!!
