The management company allows guests to stay months, despite complaints from other roommates. The staff is rude and will not allow you to talk to a real person if you have a complaint-you can leave a voicemail message. Air-conditioning problems are never corrected- they clean or change the filter. They allow roommates to sublet their bedrooms so you get complete strangers moving in your apartment.
The neighborhood is dangerous. The management company ignores non-residents who come on property to play basketball, tennis, or hang out. We have heard gunshots at night many times. Once security actually responded. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
