A great place to live

I am regretfully moving from Longhorn Landing because I must move closer to school and work near campus. I will have to pay a lot more rent now, and will miss the affordability of a place like Longhorn Landing.
In short, Longhorn Landing has provided me an excellent place to live during my college life so far. For those of you who thinks this is written by an employee, you are absolutely wrong. I could never work as a leasing agent at Longhorn Landing because quite frankly I am not attractive enough. They have some certified hotties in the office, who are also very friendly and helpful. And if you think the positive reviews are all done by staff, then the negatives are probably done by rival apartment complexes. Like the one that recommended University Estates. I digress.
Continuing with the review: There is always plenty of parking, except for the time they decided to resurface the lots, and it is well-lit and safe. I work late and am never afraid to walk around this complex late at night. I have never seen any type of suspicous activity, because there are hired security guards walking around. Lord knows what goes on within the comfort of some peoples apartments though.
I have never been waken up by noisy neighbors. I also got random roomates and they were all really cool and respectful. We got along great because we don't start drama with each other. The buildings have been repainted and are beautiful. The inside of the apartments are modest, yet nice. The apartments are roomy and functional.
I've had times when I have needed maintenence, but they have always been responsive and friendly. The staff even gave me the emergency pager to call, and the man responded right away! Anyone that actually lives here can't complain!
There are two nice pools with hot tubs, volleyball courts, basketball courts (one indoors), workout centers, computer rooms with free printing, and a gameroom. It has everything I could ever want. While sometimes the gates aren't always closed, getting into the facilities is different. It requires a key card to get into any LL facilities.
Longhorn Landing has been a great place to study, and a great place to play at a very affordable price. Cars get broken into all around Austin. For the record, mine has never been. For a complex as large as this, the management does an excellent job.
I highly recommend this complex. It is a bargain for the money.

So, how long have you been working at Longhorn Landing? Did you get a bonus for writing this review, or is it just part of your job? Seriously, LL employees and faculty, try to be a little less transparent if you're going to write reviews to boost your own ratings. This reads like a brochure.

Um, I have never worked at Longhorn Landing. Nice try though. How long have you worked at University Estates? Have you been paid to respond to this comment? Or is it just part of your job?

Actually, I'm a former resident who got screwed over by your crooked management team. I have no involvement with whatever little game of grab ass you've got going with another property. I will continue to bash your property both on the net and to anyone who mentions that they are thinking of signing a lease with you people. This place is the worst, run by retards.

That's rediculous. These immature girls in the office would rather play games trying to lease more rooms than other area college apartment complexes than fix the problems they have with their dissatisfied residents? It is really sad that they have to use their budget to buy a brand new pontiac convertible to give away. to try to get people to lease at their apartments too.
