The place was ok, other than the time that they decided to start towing vehicles from the parking lot at owners expense...though I was not personally involved, it surely offended me that I could have been at risk of such behavior. The Workers seem to know very little about anything which is awesome when you move out and all of a sudden have a $220 bill for "misc. cleaning'" Lets get one thing straight here, I am a future military officer a prior air force member and have a credit score over 800. I am a responsible person and take very good care of what I have, to include cleaning. So I hope that this character witness helps you to better understand who is talking, Im not just some irresponsible college kid who was elected by their parents to stay at the facility. There are a number of hard drug dealers at this location, yes and some light drug dealers, but by hard I mean cocaine and above. This is not a place that I would send my kid, though at first look it is a great deal, but expect them to take a chunk of cash on the back side of your stay. If you are not there to contest it, you are screwed, by the law of the contract. I was helping my sick father to the hospital, sorry I couldn't be there to contest pity marks or scrapes that were already present in the apartment, as the pictures I have have proven.
Now for the good. I t is reasonably priced the maintenance is pretty good and the amenities are great. I would just be careful, because as soon as anyone has the chance to proverbially "hose you over,"they will. And it will probably cost you.

Towing cars? Who would of thought that illegally parked cars would be towed? And people parking in spots that they shouldn't, like when you don't pay for covered parking but take someone's spot that does. That's not something to be alarmed about, private.
And it sounds like they had to clean your carpet. Surprise!

Haha, private, nice... Actually I am an officer and the dispute had to be resolved through the BBB, and a full refund was issued after about 3 months of deliberation. So unlawful, yes. So no actuall carpet cleaning or anything of that nature. Did you read my post, or where you just looking to instigate something?

atilla, nah the responder just works there. They actually think that is still working. I can't understand with all the negative reviews how this dump is actually still 34% recommended.
