Would Rather Be Homeless

I had so many problems living here that it is hard to remember them all! They painted the outside of the building and re-striped the lots. HOWEVER, they have not maintained or upgraded anything INSIDE the apartments since the 1980's. Carpet is disgusting and wasn't even vacuumed before I moved in. People come in all the time without notice-- even people that are contracted out. One time, maintenance came in to fix a crack in the wall (of which they simply plastered right over) -- all good and great except they left our washing machine FULL of remnants of the wall's sheetrock. The laminate on the countertops is falling off, revealing the decaying counter below. Management comes strolling in and likes to write nasty notes about the condition of YOUR living, then tries to charge you to clean the carpets which were gross at move-in. Furniture makes you feel like you're living in a cheesy hotel. Complex is pretty noisy, but that's to be expected in student apartments. Unless you like living in total filth with cheap accents, do NOT move here.
