This place is utterly one of the worst places to live ever, and this is not because of the area it is in. Granted the part of town these apartments are in is not a wonderful one, but there are plenty of other apartment complexes in the same area that are much, much better to move in to. These apartments are poorly constructed and even more poorly maintained. The management is not sympathetic and is literally a bunch of crooked, good-for-nothing con artist; the maintenance are intruding, lazy, and sketchy, and will try to help the office get every penny they can out of you. The place is not safe at all, and a majority of the crime problems in the area are committed by certain residents because they rent to absolutely anyone even though they say they are a "student-only" housing community. I cannot wait to get out of this wretched place and be rid of the extra stress that comes with living here and dealing with the terrible people who work here.
