Beware Of Longhorn Station!!!!

My one advice is to stay away.
My roomate and I had to break our lease early because our aparment had mold and both of us were constantly sick (but according to our lanlord it wasnt the mold!) and the building was sinking so there were tons of cracks on the walls. Because of the cracks and mold we had lots of insects and gnats.
Also, there was no security at all. The grounds were not lighted at night so the only light guiding us to our apartment at night was the light outside our door. Nevertheless, management finally put reflectors outside the building 7 months after we started bugging them about it.
Another thing, management was not all that great - they were supposed to pay for water but they decided to change water companies without letting anyone know (no memo's, posting, and/or newsletters given) then allowing residents to find out about the change by receiving $100 water bill by mail from the new water company.
And lastly, for the girls, if you want to be safe live somewhere else. My roomate and I, both girls, started getting harrassed by some man who would get drunk, steal panties from the laundry facility and put the panties in our door and in our cars!!
But seriously if you want to be safe and enjoy your living arragements - do not live here.
