Spent a year there when I was in school, and I essentially paid rent for an apartment I wasn't using that whole summer. The apartment was filthy when I moved into it, the dishwasher didn't work, and the thermostat had broken off the wall. The complex is primarily occupied by drug addicts, bums, etc. The laundry room was disgusting. The front gate never worked, and if it did then the side gate wasn't working. There were broken windows everywhere. The parkin lot is in a horrible state of disrepair, and there are freakishly large speed bumps. The only nice thing I can say about this place is when I needed my lock replaced and my a/c fixed they did it, and the rent was inexpensive. If you're a student you will be probably be the only apartment with students in your building. Go find some student housing.

Just turned on FOX7 news. There was a murder here overnight, go figure! July 18, 2007.
