When I moved in my apartment was filthy. Cockroaches everywhere, urine all over the toilet. Very unsafe. They told me a police officer patrolled every night. That stopped after 2 weeks of living there. A man tried to break in through my window one night and they didn't care. The worst part is the 2 women who work in the office right now. Pearl is a very rude and condescending woman. They thought I couldn't understand Spanish so they openly trash talked me while I was still in the room. These women have an awful attitude. My car was towed one night (which it shouldn't have been because I live there!). I went to complain in the office and get them to pay for it. Pearl said,"What do you want me to do' It's your problem not mine." After this experience I called their manager to tell them how rude Pearl had been. Their manager is worse than them. She actually cussed me out. She said, "Pearl does a damn good job. If you don't like it get the ---- out. You think your opinion matters' It doesn't."
