Your electric bills will be $300 per month.
I lived on a 1st floor, facing North with a completely shaded patio. Our airducts were connected to nothing, so we were paying to heat & cool the space between floors. It took a while to figure this out and management said there was nothing they could do.
When you go to move out, if you have charges against you (I had a pet) and you PAY IN FULL THE AMOUNT OF THE DAMAGE IN THE TIME FRAME THEY REQUEST, they will still report you to a credit bureau. You will spend the next 5 years trying to get it off your record and proving that you paid it, and on time because management and ownership will change at least 5 times. Everyone will promise to get the record corrected but will do nothing. Only when you get a lawyer, will they manage to get your records corrected. In the meantime you will expend much time and aggravation. They aren't worth it.
