These are not the nicest apartments you'll ever find, but I found management very nice and helpful. During the year I lived there, I had to call them twice for repairs. Both times the repairs were made on that same day. Also, the manager let me stay an extra month past my lease without charging me the regular fee and they sent me my entire deposit back to me when I moved out. There were some things I didn't like about the building itself, but management made my stay there a pleasant one.
