We lived in this complex from 2/7/01 until 12/14/01. We moved a month early because we couldn't stand it anymore. From day one, nothing that we reported to maintenance had been fixed. The only thing taken care of was the replacement of the fridge, which they decided to do a week before we MOVED OUT. Upon moving out, we received a letter stating that we owed about 920 in damages and pet deposits. They did not note our entire damage deposit, nor did they note ANY of our pet deposit - which we have proof of both. The only thing we did not clean before moving was the carpet - they charged us 200 for cleaning the place (as if they did so) and 350 to replace the carpet as well. Does that make any sense to you' I think not. I hope that others read our posts and decide AGAINST moving to this place. It's hell on earth.
