There has not been a recent review, so this had to be done !! Be sure to read all the fine print and not sign a thing . They will keep all your money including the application,administration fee, and deposit ,even though you have never stepped foot into to what you thought you were renting . They are one of the only apts. I have found out to do this . Most will keep the application fee only if you are turned down . If you have an arrest and was deferred adjudication they will go to the bank with your $300. without any remorse . So be warned !!
