Take my word for it...STAY FAR AWAY from these apartments. They sign for your packages but never let you know when they come. They use your kitchen utensils to cut insulation for the air conditions. They cover up mold by spray painting it. They don't fix holes in bathtubs that could be leading to wood rot and mold. The walls are thin as hell. The carpet is cheap and have no padding. There are no screens on any of the windows or the patio. The storage space in the apartment consists of one patio closet and the closets in the bdrms. Basically there's no storage space...not even a pantry. The washer and dryer room in the 2 bdrm apts used to be a pantry...THEY NEED TO BRING BACK THE PANTRY! The customer service from these people is horrible. I could've have gotten a much nicer, cleaner apt , and better service for a cheaper price at another apartment.

I've definitely had issue with not knowing when packages arrive...and it can get QUITE frustrating. But I don't agree about the storage. The storage space on the patio is large. The bedroom closet is large (in the 1 bedroom 700sq footer) and there are TWO closets in the living room area. Most spacious apartment I've ever had...particularly for the price.
As far as customer service, I agree 100%. I feel like I have to turn into the wicked witch to get anything done around here and I hate it. NO ONE in the office has a clue how things function around here except Lydia. She pretty much runs the place herself and there's only so much one person can do. And the answering service is a joke.
I'd also like to make a note on safety. Despite the noted efforts to keep Longspur Crossing free of rif raf, the surrounding area really infects this place. My car was broken into the first month I lived here and I am constantly approached by strange men who's first question is "Are you married?" or "Who do you live with?". I find it unsettling. Also, there is a HUGE problem with car alarms going off every single night. Not fun for the 6am risers.
Overall, not the WORST place but I would certainly treat it as a transitionary apartment and not one to settle into.
