my apartment had a bad mold/moisture problem; there were constantly problems with the a/c and thermostat; the old wiring fried a couple of electronic devices and i had to buy an expensive backup/surge protector to keep it from ruining my PC, etc. management was typically rude and non-responsive; maintenance was hit and miss as far as timeliness and ability to fix the problem (mostly miss on that part), but maintenance staff were at least courteous. you'll lose a lot of money in the on-site washers/dryers. two or more were crapping out every week. i just got sick of all the problems... one after another after another. left after 2 years.
