I too have lived here 8 years and first of all I must say, "If you lived here for 8 years, you liked it." Despite it being old, despite some management change-overs, and despite the ugly trash issue, it is a great place to live. People are friendly, dog-loving, and open. Most are older, graduate, young professional type with a mix of old-old and young-young. I personally like the old-old cause they are pain in the asses about the grounds. Anyway, to anyone thinking of coming here, you are close to everything and the apartments are huge. There are more pros than cons.
