I've been living here from 08/01-12/02. Overall, it's a very nice place for a college student. The office people are very nice. I've had a couple of problems with maintenance (they can take up to a week), but overall no problems. I've never had any problems with neighbors or noise...until recently when a new neighbor moved in. I would highly recommend this place! Wouldn't move, if I didn't have to (I just graduated).
