Worst place I have ever lived

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The first week I lived their my car was broken into. About a month or two later I chased a buglar off with a big knife. Mangement didn't care and tried to gouge you when they could. No one talks to each other and if you don't have a truck the speed bumps will destory your car.
