Awful! I lived on the first floor and my upstair's neighbor's bathroom leaked onto mine. There was a huge hole that eventually grew from the consistent leaking, from which huge masses of mold grew. When I told Mackenzie about it, it took months for them to finally come in and check it out, after which they simply painted over it! The leaking was still prevalent and so this cycle of hole-mold continued until I demanded to be relocated. If you're a student, don't live out here! West or north campus is so much closer and you can find just as good a deal. The distance is sooo worth it. Also! I paid my last balance when I was finally smart enough to move to W. Campus. I have the check and bank statement that they cashed! and yet...their lousy accounting forwarded me to a credit agency, so I had to deal with that hassle as well. They once gave my bestfriend an eviction notice even though she had paid her bill already. Additionally, there are consistent car burglaries and apartment burglaries - I came home late once and prevented my neighbor's place from being burglarized, though his screen window remained cut. There are barbed wires on the back fence! Think twice!
