I've lived here for a while and the management has been ineffective and rude. First of all, the apartment they showed us looked nothing like the one we got. I only stayed here because my work was around the corner.

I've had several maintenance issues that took months for them to come around and fix. I lived in on the top floor and every time it rained our roof leaked - mold was everywhere. Months later they came by and painted over the damage (as if that did any good). Our flooring was constantly peeling up around the edges, exposing the filthy, molding floor.

My friend's car was broken into 3 three times - they took all of his clothes, shoes, cd's and stereo. After the third time he didn't bother installing another stereo/cd player. I have had to call the police several times on "suspicious" individuals trying to break into cars. These criminals did it while I was standing there in plain sight!

There seems to be a constant rotation of new front office personnel. They have lost several of my packages - (they remember receiving them but cannot locate them anymore) apparently someone walked off with them.

I've lived in several complexes - north, south and west campus. This one sucks huge balls.
