Oh where to begin...
Lets see in the year I have been so unfortunate to sign a lease here, I have many unfortunate situations come up lemme see oh yes...
1.My apartment was broken in to.
(EVERY staff memeber here lives on property and no one saw or heard a thing though, i lived between 2 staff memebers)
2.My apartment flooded from dishwasher above me.
3.My apartment flooded due to my AC being poorly fixed my first month here.
4. Have been billed 3 times for bills already PAID!
5.My mail box was broken open 4 times
6.My car tire got a flat due to the 7 neighbors who lived in a 1 bedroom, leaving bottles in the parking lot.
7.Constant NOISE above me
8. Called security SEVERAL times for noise and nothing done
9.Complained to office several times, nothing done
10. Occasionaly had to rent a motel room due to noise
11. SWITCHED apartments due to noise because NOTHING was done.
12. MY NEW apartment has leaks,mold, exsposed drywall screws, ANTS!!! and a view of the MOLDY pool with Alge.
13.Got in argument with leasing agent over staff in my apartment with out my permission and or leaving me a note telling me they were there.
14. Very poorly lit parking lots surrounded by Barbwire and BROKEN security gates, How safe is this property if the SECURITY gates are always BROKEN.
15. Very unprofessional MANAGER, Personally would like her resignation and promote assistant Robin.

Overall, Dont waist your money, Save yourself the headache... save yourself the stress... DO NOT MOVE TO MAC KENZIE POINTE APARTMENTS!!! My lease is almost up!!! THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This place ought to be BULLDOZED, the manager needs lessons in personality and leadership, hospitality, and fashion, and grooming!
