If you like flakey bathtubs, ants in your walls, spiders on your ceiling, dishwashers that leak, noisy gates that never work, homeless people eating garbage outsie, bird poop on your car, and extremely thin walls then you'll find your little paradise of luxury right here at 1044 Camino La Costa. Nothing will compliment your dinner parties better than the smell of manure after a rainstorm while gazing at fences garnered with barbed wire. Mornings are always enjoyable to the soft, rythmic sounds of leaf blowers under your window. Little low on cash' That's okay, they'll make sure to charge you a late fee even though your lease says you have til the 4th to pay your bill. Mac Kenzie Pointe is highly recommended among people pursuing careers in pharmaceuticals and garbage collecting.

If you do happen to find yourself in this hellwhole, don't stay longer than your lease...the apartments are designed for the leases that they give you. They fall apart if you extend.

The lease actually states that the your rent is due by the 3rd and they took care of the bird problem, so there is no manure smell or bad bird poop problem.
