Although the place doesn't look spectacular from the outside, it has been maintained well inside. The staff is pretty nice and work quickly if there is a problem. There were problems with security, however. 2 cars were stolen or broken into during the time i was there (not mine, thankfully). The apartments aren't located in the safest of places but are close to a lot of things, such as the mall, UT campus and the freeway.
