i started to live here, man it was great. The rent is really cheap and the apartment mangers seem....semi-competent. Then my eyes opened.

1) My roommate had a roach problem, no big deal right' Well except that they "would get to it Tuesday" and he and i are pretty sure that no one ever came.

2) Then my roommate had an ant problem. I mean they were coming out of his sink drain 20 or 30 at a time for half an hour. That was a big deal. What do they say "we'll have someone come by tuesday". Again, dont think they ever came in.

3) The exit gate has been wide open for atleast a month and my truck was broken into. Their response "i'm surprised no one heard it..." what a response.

4) My shower broke and i told them about it, 5 days later it remains unfixed, but hopefully at the end of this day since i reminded them about it.

5) Oh and there's trees everywhere which leads to birds everywhere which leads to bird poop covering you car. If you have a car that's at all nice then either dont park it here or cover it out. And make sure if you park it there you take your cd player out because it'll get stolen.
