The condition of my apt was not what I had expected from after I had previewed it. Things were missing that had been there originally, there is SO much paint on the walls you can hardly touch them without ripping a layer off and there were MAJOR bug problems. Also, there are a lot of people there that you can tell have no right to be there. The staff is nice but sometimes don't know all the rules and policies so make sure you always talk to at least 2 different people.
My overall statement is: the property and units are not up to par.
