I've been here for a fews years, and while the place has some issues (my car was broken into a couple of years ago, and the appliances in my apartment are kinda old) management has given me a great deal on my apartment. The place has new management, and they've improved the pool area, and added a fitness center and sand volleyball court.They've also installed a safer security gate system. I was sure they'd raise the rent to an unaffordable price due to the improvements(I already get a discount on my rent), but they only raised it $15 per month. The fitness center is open 24 hours, which is great for people who keep oddball hours like myself. Good location: minutes from HEB, Wal-mart, downtown, I35, 183, 290, and 2222. Some people may have had crappy apartments, but I like mine.
