I have lived at this property for years; and it has steadily gone down hill. I am on a budget; so I know that I cannot afford to live in Trump Towers; but, is it too much to ask to rake a few leaves every now and then!! I'm not talking anything fancy just clean up!! The only area that is regularly maintained is the pool area, and right in front of the management office. They have rotted landscape timbers framing bodies of dirt (not grass''') all over the property, and every time it rains, the rain beats down on the dirt, and the rotted out landscaping timbers, and lands on the pavement leaving mud everywhere. Thats the lovely present you get when it rains, ohh the gift giving doesn't stop there...when the weather is dry, they hire these low budget landscapers to blow the leaves all around the parking lot, and they blow dirt on top of your car, and if there was any moisture on your car at all, now you have lovely mud layer on top of your car too. They don't have enough dumpsters to accommodate the residents ( the low budget landscapers use them too ) so oftentimes you are greeted by the welcoming sight of trash spilled out of and around the outside of the dumpster bins....I am truely ashamed of where I live. I am embarrased to bring guest to my home, and if I wasn't so broke/trapped...I would leave in a heartbeat. Please don't move here...RUNN!!!!!!!!!!!!
