It's okay

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I moved in May 2006, and the price was great! I loved the apartment (1/1 with a solarium...very cute) and I signed a 6 month lease b/c I wasn't sure I was going to like the apartment. When my lease ran out, I signed another one, but they had raised rent like $50! I bargained with them until my rent went up $29, but now if I want to sign another lease (after 1.5 years), they are going up $70!!! They are charging face value of those apartments...they aren't worth that much. The area is okay, it's near a UT shuttle, which is nice, but if the shuttle isn't running it's very difficult to get around using the buses around there. They've started making the grounds nicer (getting rid of the lumber, putting in grass instead of dirt), but it's just not worth that much! I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up (next month, I already have another apartment that I know is nice). The office staff is really nice. This apartment complex is okay to stay in for a little while, but not to settle in.
One thing you may like is they don't seem to have a weight limit on dogs. One of my neighbors has TWO great danes!
