These apartments were bought by a new management company in the past two years, so many of the previous reviews no longer apply. The office staff is amazing -- any problems I had with maintenance were fixed same day, and when I needed a favor (to use the fax machine, needed someone to receive a package for me or check my apartment while i was out of town) they were more than accommodating. If you're short on money, they will even accept your rent a few days late!

I've lived in many apartments in austin and know the pricing for apartments. This is one of the best deals you can get and still get to UT campus in 15 minutes. The apartments are spacious (moreso than any of mine near campus) and the grounds are well maintained. The community is quiet and it has one of the best pools at an apartment complex I've ever seen.

Well if they have changed management, then I would say that is great. However ever thing that you stated above seems to be grand, but everyone has there own experiences, mines was not as memorable as yours. I ran out of there screaming, and the minute that I was late on my rent one day, I got an eviction notice on my door, even as I notified them The tenants were loud and play loud music and the apartment I stayed in was so small that my king size bed, took up almost the entire room. i moved, and I am so glad

I would have not seen this had the website not emailed me about your response, and I'm really confused as to why someone would criticize another person's review. You obviously did not have a good rapport with the office staff and I know for a fact they wouldn't have put an eviction notice one day late...why you ask? Because I've been 3 days late before and they didn't so much as charge me a late fee. I had a friend in a one bedroom next door, also with a king sized bed, and it didn't fill the whole room. I had a queen and a couch, desk, and tv in my room with plenty room to spare. So really, yes, everyone has their own experiences. Before you attack someone else's you should maybe take that into consideration and just write your own review somewhere else.
