It was an ok price for an ok looking interior. The maintenance is usually fast to repsond to problems but I have had to call them out multiple times for the same problems. They are always leaving notices on the doors for the water to be turned off during the day. As a student it is really annoying with my strange hours. But many times they water is not turned off at all. Instead when it is unannounced. The other day I came home to find no water and no notice, I called the office before it closed to find out that a pipe burst and they assured me that it would be fixed before the evening. I left and returned at midnight to find NO water. There was also no attempt to contact me or anyone else in my building to inform us of the situation. My fiance and I had to brush our teeth and take showers at 1 in the morning at the fitness center. This is insane. If any attempt had been made to contact us I would be more understanding and could have made other arrangements for water.
There is also more shady looking people moving in. It has seemed to be a pretty fair community for the terrible location that is seconds from constant crime. Inside the complex I used to feel safe but now I feel uneasy taking my dog out late at night. My fiance works very late hours and I am alone most of the time and feel like the unsafe commmunity outside the apartment is creeping in.
Most of the staff is very responsive and they are a few really sweet girls that work there but others are defensive and seem as if you are a bother to be in the office unless you are a new renter.
