I have lived here almost 1 year and I am so excited my lease is almost up. The management take themselves way too seriously and will try to sock it to you $$$ wise anytime they can. Make sure to pay your rent by the 3rd, not the 4th like they say in the contract, because they will 1. Not accept checks so you HAVE to get Money orders and 2. Tack an extra $50.00 on top of it and $10.00 each day after. The staff is the fakest I have seen yet and they don't even follow their own "guidelines". One of the "team" live in my bldg and her trash/trashcan has been outside her apt door for over a week now...mind you the Texas Summer has been in effect now for well over a month. They gym is pathetic, half of the equipment doesn't work, walls are paper thin, and the sprinklers go off at all hours of the night. Don't be fooled by their "supposed" best prices in town, do your homework, and stay away! Prison would be a nicer stay in my opinion.
