Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
 
parking was awful on one side of the complex. there would be NO parking available, so all of the residents would park wherever they could. the maintenance man would then sticker everyone's cars with HUGE "no parking" stickers. then the apartment would send their pet cop to ticket everyone periodically as well. this all happened after MONTHS of promises to assign parking. do not waste your money here!!!

PS: The gates were broken/open 75% of the time.
