Not paying a cent extra From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I'm so happy to hear that so many people agree with me. This place has the worst management. I have a signed lease agreement stating I have to pay $665 for rent which included everything from pet rent to washer and dryer rental. I had lived there for a year and a half when I get a notice on my door saying I owed a $1 and if I didn't pay that day, I would be fined $50 and $10 for each day not paid. I called the office and the manager let me know that my lease was actually $666 and for the past 6 months, the manager had just been ignoring the dollar I did not pay. What the F*%''' I told her my lease said $665 and I would not pay a single dollar more and she said fine, I guess I'll take it off. It was like she was doing me a favor but in reality it was a legal agreement. Plus I was possibly going to have to go month to month and the management told me that it woule be $410 extra for each month. HA!!! I will sleep on the streets before I give them anything more than what my lease agreement says.
